For Calafia Beach, take Avenida Calafia off Interstate 5 and go west to Calafia Beach Park.

For San Clemente Beach and the pier, when headed south, exit onto Avenida Palizada. Then turn left onto El Camino Real and soon afterward right onto Avenida del Mar. Watch for parking on the right as you approach the beach. Those going north on Interstate 5, exit at El Camino Real and go north to Avenida del Mar.
