Sunset Beach is 16 miles south of Santa Cruz. From Highway 1 take the San Andreas Road exit. Follow it south to Sunset Beach Road and then west to the beach entrance.

Coming from the south, take the Lee Road exit off Highway 1 and then to West Beach Street. Head west on Beach and then right onto San Andreas Road. Go west on Sunset Beach Road.
